Terms of Service

By using CitadelSync you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a school, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that school.

The service

CitadelSync provides online tools for school administration, including results, exams, fees, attendance and messaging. We work to keep it available and secure but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

Subscriptions

• Access is provided for the period covered by the plan the school has paid for.
• When a subscription ends, the school's users can no longer sign in until it is renewed. Data is kept so the school can resume.
• Prices are shown in naira and may change for future purchases.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your login details private and report any suspected misuse.
• Enter only information you have the right to enter, and keep it accurate.
• Do not try to access other schools' data, disrupt the service or upload harmful content.

Your data

The school owns the information it enters. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Suspension

We may suspend access that breaks these terms or threatens the security of the platform.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount the school paid for the current subscription period.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
